David M. is always amazing. He helped me two years ago when I had a back-up in my laundry room. This year he helped me when I had a leak (which turned out to be from irrigation system). We talked about replacing the main water line (which was in desperate need of being replaced) and getting two new toilets. Not only is the work done amazing, David is so personable and friendly. I really feel connected with him and safe. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The technician, Miguel Rodriguez, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, organized, and detail oriented. The technician also discussed all options possible from adding parts to existing water heater and buying a new water heater since mine was a 2008. Miguel encouraged me to read over all variables with cost so to make an informed decision without pressuring me in any direction. The technician was on time, mindful of neighbors, and cleaned the work area before departure. Miguel also showed me the work done while explaining each aspect/part implemented for the job, and did not leave the job until he confirmed that I had hot water expelled from each faucet including shower. The company was very helpful as well by getting someone out to me the same day, and back to do the job two days later working around my schedule. The pricing is within range of other contractors, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience start to finish as well as the finished project including it being esthetically pleasing. Much gratitude to all.

This is the first time I’ve left a customer review for David. He’s repaired clogged lines at my house twice. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the condition of the pipes. Each time he’s come out the service has been great and the plumbing is working again. Because the pipes in the house are so old he gave me a brief history of what could happen in the future if these pipes are not repaired. He showed me Footage of a camera down the pipes which helped me visually understand the damage that the pipes are under.

I can not say enough good things about Mr. Rooter! I called ongaro and sons and did not get the best service and was pretty much told I had to do certain things without any full assessment. Andrew and Joey came out. Made me feel super comfortable with the process and walked me through everything. As a homeowner this was a great feeling and again I would have trusted these guys / company with my life. Amazing team. Fast appointment and just all around gold star service!! Highly recommend them for all plumbing and sewer needs as I feel they went above and beyond the other service I was goin to get from the other company. Incredibly thankful!!!

What a phenomenal experience!! David was our rep and he was AMAZING with my older parents (who had a million questions). He did research to find us the best filter at a fair price… installed it flawlessly and even helped my parents understand yep to use/replace the filters. He was so patient and Mr. Rooter is lucky to have David on the team. Will definitely be calling him back for all our plumbing needs!!! So excited to have a new faucet, new water filter, and my parents house in better shape. Thanks David!

Sal and Kavan come to my work quite frequently as the plumbing is old. They are ALWAYS very thorough and complete the jobs with a smile! They are amazing and 5 stars is not enough! Thank you for all you do!

Mr. Rooter sent out Gerry Suarez. He arrived promptly and was able to recommend a repair quickly. He completed the repair expeditiously and with a high degree of professionalism and confidence. I was back in business in less time than I expected. Reasonably priced and efficient. I like that!!!

Carl and Alex came out to assess the emergency issue and fixed it immediately. They were even earlier than the scheduled appointment time. The plumbing issue that arose wasn’t completely fixed, however they both explained to me how to go about the long term fixes and what to expect with the short term fix they were able to help me with. Really positive experience overall!
